Senior Reliability Engineer

Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact providing customers with implementation support, technical guidance, and promoting engineering best practices.
  • Analyze customer data and integration work to identify and mitigate data quality issues.
  • Proactively troubleshoot technical errors and issues, then resolve or escalate internally within the team.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams to test, document, and release features to customers.
  • Build and maintain sample code and reference implementations.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date external-facing technical documentation – web, github, etc.

 

Desired Skills And Attributes

  • Solutions-oriented individual, with excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities with a tenacious commitment to finding the root cause of issues and representing the best interests of our customers
  • Experience with Advertising technology or technical product support, including web technology & an aptitude to expand technical skills — including exposure to datastores & querying frameworks (MySQL), web foundations (HTML, CSS, Javascript), and production technical stacks
  • Comfort with one or more of the following programming languages: (Python, PHP, Java)
  • Outstanding coordination skills – able to manage stakeholders, convey technical concepts in a non-technical manner for internal stakeholders to understand, and project manage solutions to complex problems.
  • The ability to think critically about the potential root causes of issues, and come up with realistic investigative work-streams accordingly.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and comfort with data exploration tools such as Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.
Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and agencies
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build, nurture, and oversee a high-quality lead database, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of companies, markets, and industry trends.
  • Craft persuasive outreach messages and strategies to engage and convert prospects while maintaining ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with sales directors, senior leaders, and marketing teams to drive effective pipeline generation and align on strategy.
